Yousician Charged Me Monthly Even Though I Cancelled My Subscription

In May I bought Yousician premium, I didn't really like it so after about 20 days I canceled my subscription. The next month my sister (I bought it on her card) was complaining to me about how they kept charging her, but the thing is I checked and it said that I was unsubscribed. I sent in a support request and they basically told me useless information and gave me a 30% off code. I seriously need a refund because I'm only 13 and my sister said if we don't get a refund I'm gonna have to pay her back. I don't have an allowance, a job, and I never get money unless it's Christmas. Like I need to have this refunded.

Anybody have any info, should we contact Google Play, should we go to the bank and like deny the charges or something? Please help! :cry:

I'm having the same problem too. I dont remember agreeing to let them keep charging me. I have put in a request for them to stop. If they dont I will just cancel it at the bank.

Wait so, can I just go to the bank and cancel the charge?
