These Yousician Family Plan Terms of Service (the “Family Plan Terms”) apply to you and Yousician, Ltd., a Finnish entity specified below in section “Contact us” (hereinafter “Yousician” or “us/we”) regarding your use of Yousician’s Family Plan subscription (the “Family Plan”). Use of the Family Plan is also governed by Yousician’s Terms of Service (the “Terms”), its Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice”) and other relevant policies, which are hereby incorporated by reference.
These Family Plan Terms, the Terms and Privacy Notice, and all policies and guidelines, which are incorporated herein by reference, form a legally binding agreement (the “Agreement”) between you and Yousician in relation to your use of the Family Plan, so please read them carefully. The current valid version of the Agreement is available on the Yousician website.
BY REGISTERING FOR, USING OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING THE FAMILY PLAN, OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER, USE OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE FAMILY PLAN OR ITS CONTENT. USE OF THE FAMILY PLAN IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. WHO CAN USE THE FAMILY PLAN
In order to subscribe to the Family Plan, the primary account holder (the “Account Holder”) and any subsidiary users designated by the Account Holder as a user under the Family Plan (the “Subsidiary Users”) must create or otherwise hold a registered Yousician account.
In order to be eligible to subscribe to the Family Plan, the Account Holder and the Subsidiary Users must be either family members or reside at the same address.
Upon subscribing to the Family Plan, and from time to time, the Account Holder and the Subsidiary Users may be asked to verify their home address and/or other information to prove that the Subsidiary Users and the Account Holder reside at the same address and/or are family members.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Family Plan at any time if you fail to meet the Family Plan eligibility criteria.
The Family Plan grants the Account Holder and up to three (3) Subsidiary Users access to subsidiary accounts under the Family Plan.
Subscription to the Family Plan is conditional upon the Account Holder’s provision of valid and accepted payment information. If the payment information provided by the Account Holder is declined, the Account Holder must provide us with new valid payment information or the Account Holder and any Subsidiary Users will be unable to access the Family Plan.
The Account Holder will obtain access to the Family Plan as soon as the Account Holder’s payment information has been processed. Subsidiary Users will get access to the Family Plan upon being added to the Family Plan by the Account Holder.
2. CHANGING SUBSCRIPTION
If you are the holder of a Yousician account which requires payment of a subscription and/or other fees (the “Paid Account”), you will be unable to subscribe to or otherwise join the Family Plan until the end of the Paid Account period.
3. CANCELLATION AND REMOVAL
You may cancel the Family Plan at any time by logging into your Yousician account and following the prompts on the account page. If the Account Holder cancels the Family Plan, both the Account Holder’s and any Subsidiary User’s account(s) will automatically be downgraded to the free-tier of Yousician’s services at the end of the Family Plan period.
If an Account Holder removes a Subsidiary User or a Subsidiary User otherwise cancels their use of the Family Plan, the Subsidiary User’s account will automatically be downgraded to the free-tier of Yousician’s services. Upon removing a Subsidiary User, the Account Holder shall be permitted to add a new Subsidiary User.
By cancelling the Family Plan or otherwise terminating your account, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you shall not receive any refunds for any unexpired period of your Family Plan.
4. AVAILABILITY OF THE FAMILY PLAN
Yousician reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Family Plan at any time, at which point your license to use the Family Plan will be automatically terminated. In such an event, Yousician shall not be required to provide refunds, benefits or other compensation to users in connection with the discontinued Family Plan.
